Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!
2 sticks butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup Dark Brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
3 Cups flour
3 Cups chips: 1 cup minis, 1 cup semi-sweet, 1 cup Heath Bar Toffee Bits (this is the combo I prefer but once you have the basic dough, you can add just about anything you like – peanut butter cups, snickers, butter fingers, etc.)
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add baking soda and mix well again. Stir in the flour and then the chips. Use and ice cream scooper to scoop onto baking sheets.
Bake at 375 for 10 – 12 minutes. Take out of oven before fully cooked through.
