And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow…

    • Thank you, a favorite season here too! Why are you not showing up in my reader, Louisa?? I have to go figure that out…

  1. I love the sky full of twirling leaves and the quotation which is so apt!
Thank you for your visit to my place! I adore the seasons too, each and every one of them… with a special soft spot for spring!

    • You are so right! So can you tell I love this time of year? Hope you don’t get too sick of all my foliage photos…

      • No way! I love seeing them. Enjoy the season to its fullest! You might be wishing it back before long.

  2. It’s October the 9th and Autumn has just started here. The leaves on the trees are just starting to colour. Strong winds today and tomorrow are going to blow a lot of them away. Shame really as I was hoping to get out Friday to photograph some of the beautiful colours

    • Oh no! I hope some hung on long enough for you to capture them! Even with all the wind, we still have many colorful leaves left on the trees.

  3. This image is so great and really depicts how windy it was on Monday. I took a slow-mo video with my iPhone that came out pretty cool.

    • Yes, it was a little eerie at first but I got used to it pretty quick and really enjoyed the quiet of the morning!

    • So glad you like it! It was a very windy day and the sky just filled with leaves, it was fantastic! That song just popped into my head.
