oh heavens

back from Ohio
it was so nice to spend some time with my son
our first day out was rainy
but then the sun broke through
and the weather has been spectacular every since
I’m home now, unpacking
attempting to get back to “normal”
settling slowly back into my routine
and hope to catch up with all of you soon!

    1. Ha! If you could have seen me trying to get this shot…on the highway, half out the car window…but for the record, I kept my seatbelt on!

  1. Just beautiful – quite heavenly!!! πŸ˜€ I actually got to see one of these sun beam moments a few days ago combined with a pink sunset – not a sight seen often in England, it was a real joy to see – but no camera on me at the time – just my luck!! πŸ˜€

    1. Thanks Suzy, I actually took this by hanging out my car window! I’ve missed many great photo ops too…trying now to carry a camera wherever I go!

    1. I guess you never know. It would have been nice to have him closer to home but these days you have to go where the jobs are. I’m very fortunate that he gets home quite often on business. Had a great time visiting him and am so glad to see that he is happy and enjoying his new life in Ohio! You have some time yet Becky!

    1. Thanks Shirley! After seeing your photos of Acadia, I’m hoping to get up there next summer! If you don’t mind, I may hit you up for some info about the area.

  2. This is such an amazing shot! People keep taking picture of clouds and they’re all fine, but this looks like an oil painting! You are so so talented…
