A glorious sea of sunshine
It was! Spring is here, thank goodness!
Wow! A riot of color. Loved looking at this. 🙂
Thank you! It’s an awesome place to visit!
A beautiful field with so much color 🙂
It was pretty amazing!
So vivid and fresh. Very nice.
Thank you. It certainly brightened my day to walk around this amazing field!
Fabulous! Reminds me of Wisley near here where I’m forever photographing -)
Thanks Sarah! It’s a field at a local botanical garden. Can’t wait to go back and explore some more later this spring!
Very much like Wisley then 🙂
I have never seen so many daffodils in one place, and they are just gorgeous, Susan.
So are your photographs of them!
It looks like spring has finally arrived for you!
Yes, finally! It’s a field of daffodils at a local botanical garden…just amazing! Thanks Lisa, hope spring has arrived for you too!
a sea of sunshine, indeed!
Yes, now I feel spring has definitely arrived here!
Yahoo! Finally looking like spring has sprung back there! Loved the way you went progressively closer to the daffies… and the kid with the hat certainly pasted a smile on my face. 😀
Yes, it’s finally here! Thanks Gunta, I took most of these midday, not the best time for photos but it was so beautiful there, I just couldn’t stop shooting!
I probably don’t pay enough attention to the time of day – though I try to catch the minus tides when they occur. Otherwise I’m pretty opportunistic. Camera always at hand and ready to shoot whatever catches my fancy. I especially liked the play of shadows in the last shot… and the bug! 😀
Yes, I tend to be that way too. Can’t plan all activities around the times with the best light! Thanks Gunta…somehow that bug found his way into my photo at the last second!
Thank you Liz! It was pretty incredible to see!
Wow! So beautiful 🙂
A sea of Sunshine what a prefect metaphor Soonie 🙂
Thanks Anyes…I’ve been thinking of you!
Excellent series. Outstanding photograph … each of it.
Thank you! You made my day!
Wow! So many beautiful flowers…and great photographs!
Thank you Carol. Your flower photos are a great inspiration to me!
Thanks Susan…although I think it’s the other way around. You take excellent, inspiring photographs. 🙂
Thank you Carol, you are too nice to me. (:
Very beautiful pictures!
Thank you very much!
Very very beautiful!
Thank you Cristian, so happy you stopped by!
You’re very welcome! 🙂
Just so happy to be outside and see all this color!
Oh how lovely…walking there has to put a permanent smile on your face for the rest of the day.
Thanks Karen, it certainly did!
What can I say? Beautiful 🙂
So nice of you, thank you!
wowzers. Yes, you’ve used the perfect words to describe these gorgeous vignettes. I’ve never seen a sea of daffs like this.
And it’s a treat to see what your header image has for us. I shouldn’t be so lazy and should change mine up even a tad bit more than I do.
It was quite a sight to see! Like you, I tend to be lazy about changing my header too but I felt I needed something spring-y…it may not change again for a while!
These photos make me want to turn the whole lawn into daffodils! So beautiful seeing so much yellow again. Happy Spring!
Same here Sheila! If only they stayed in bloom for the entire season…Happy Spring to you too!
Thank you so much!
OMG, Soonie…I have never seen so many daffodils…amazing!!!
Isn’t it amazing! Tower Hill Botanical Garden in Worcester…if you ever get a chance, it’s a beautiful place!
