the brick and the cobblestones
the gaslit streets and federal style architecture
the beautifully planted window boxes and ivy covered walls
the narrow alley ways and tiny shops
the black iron gates and the rooftop gardens
so much to love on Beacon Hill
in Boston!

    • So pretty! Apparently they have garden tours in the spring. We should go! Look forward to seeing your pics!

  1. It brings back memories of visits when my son was a college student at BU. Truly a beautiful city. Your photographers are gorgeous!

  2. Beacon Hill is just so beautiful…My favorite street is Acorn and Charles…both iconic streets of what the hill is all about…I do for a trip there…We took the boys to Boston this past Wednesday but stayed over by the North End….
BTW Have you ever read the book Joy St…it’s one of my favorites. Very old. I have my Mother’s copy…not sure if it’s still in print be worth a read…
Of course your photo’s are lovely, all of them…do love the the Woman’s foot coming off the curb though…
